By using Sent by Dove, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful personal messages.
Not for emergencies
Sent by Dove is not an emergency service and is not monitored for urgent requests. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or another appropriate emergency resource.
Content you may not send
Do not use Sent by Dove for threats, harassment, stalking, abuse, impersonation, fraud, exploitation, or any illegal content or activity. Do not use it to violate another person’s privacy or rights.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the letters you create, the people you send them to, and the private links you share. Anyone who has a valid private link may be able to open the associated letter or mailbox, so keep those links private.
Letters and mailboxes expire
Letters and temporary Dove mailboxes stop being available after their selected expiration time. One-time letters are removed when first successfully opened. A daily scheduled cleanup permanently deletes expired letters and expired mailboxes with their stored messages, normally within 24 hours after expiration. Do not use Sent by Dove as permanent storage, and save anything you need to keep elsewhere.
Availability
The service may sometimes be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Delivery, continued storage, and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.
Report abuse
To report threats, harassment, illegal content, or other misuse, use the Contact Us page. Include the relevant private link or Dove address and enough information to understand the problem. Do not include passwords or unrelated private information.
